Mobile Mark’s MXF302 Multiband Diversity/MIMO antenna contains three separate antenna elements, all in one compact antenna housing: two broadband LTE/Cellular antennas and one GPS antenna. The MXF302 covers Cellular LTE frequencies from 694-3700 MHz. The new MXF antenna is ideal for fleet management systems that combine GPS with an LTE 2xMIMO modem.
The New MaxFin Antenna has been well received because it is compact, attractive and high performance. The antenna housing contains a stylish combination of matte & polished finish, providing a sleek, high-tech look on the vehicle. Measuring 7.5” (19cm) long x 2.25 (5.7cm) wide x 2.5” (6.4cm) tall the MXF series antennas take up significantly less space than multiple antennas.
This antenna requires that you drill a hole in the top of your car/RV/bus to install it, and a minimum 8x8" metal ground plane is recommended. If your vehicle's roof is fiberglass or another material, copper or aluminum tape in an X shape can be substituted as a ground plane. A ground plane is not required but will improve performance.
Features:
*This antenna has three cables - two to connect to your device's cellular connectors and one to connect to a GPS connector. It can be used JUST for celllular use if you like the style of this antenna but have no use for GPS - you can simply leave the unused cable bundled up out of the way.
This comes out of the bottom of the antenna and cannot be reconfigured.
