The LP-IN2455 dome vehicle antenna consists of two isolated high-performance antenna elements covering  617-960/1710-6000MHz, offering MiMo/Diversity at cellular/LTE frequencies. The antenna is designed to be panel mounted and can be fitted on a conductive or non- conductive panel. Supplied with integrated flame retardant RG174 cables (Compliant to UNECE 118.01 and EN45545-2) and a halogen free flame retardant radome the antenna is suitable for many environments and applications.

I just installed the Panorama LP-IN2455 and and connected it to my router. The result exceed all expectation. The signal strength at my router is now -58db, up from -85db before. Speed tests are hitting around 49 Mbps down, 40 Mbps up, close the the maximum claimed by Verizon in my area. I could not be happier.

Can the Panorama Dome antenna, model LP-IN2455, be mounted perpendicular as opposed to horizontal?

You certainly can but it is important to note that these antennae radiate outward in a bubble so some of the radiation pattern will be hitting the ground if you don't have it mounted upright.
